How I review & score the Lush lineup

Every verdict here starts with my own hands-on use, then gets pressure-tested against the specs and hundreds of real owners. Here's the exact process — and the line I won't cross.

Here's exactly how I work. Every verdict starts with real use — I live with each Lush, wear it out, charge it, and run it through the app and long-distance remote to feel what a spec sheet can't tell you. Then I check my own impressions against Lovense's published numbers and what hundreds of verified buyers report, so a verdict is never just one person's experience. I'm straight about the limits, too: I'm not a lab with a calibrated dB meter, so when a figure is Lovense's rating rather than something I observed myself, I label it that way.

I buy the Lush 4, Lush 3 and Lush Mini and actually live with them — wearing them out, testing the app and long-distance remote, sitting through full battery cycles. This is where I catch what a spec sheet can't: real-world noise under clothing, app drop-outs, and comfort over a long session.

Manufacturer-rated

Check it against the published specs

Motor RPM, battery range, charge time, Bluetooth version, IPX rating, dimensions and weight come straight from Lovense's official product pages and support docs. Where a figure is Lovense's rating rather than something I observed myself, it's always labelled "rated."

Cross-check against hundreds of owners

To make sure a verdict isn't just my experience, I read verified-purchaser reviews on lovense.com plus high-signal community threads, and report recurring patterns across many owners — never a single anecdote.
